\|	DAY 1 - HOWRAH STATION.
	Meet and greet by our representative at Howrah Station to board train for Mysore by HWH MYS EXP at 04:15 PM.

\|	DAY 2 - IN TRAIN.
	In Train

\|	DAY 3 - REACH MYSURU STATION AND TRANSFER TO HOTEL.
	Reach Mysuru Station in early morning and then transfer to hotel. Check into the hotel. Rest of the day free for self activities and explore local shopping place in Mysore. Overnight stay in Mysore.

\|	DAY 4 - MYSORE LOCAL SIGHTSEEING.
	Today after breakfast we will see the top tourist attractions in Mysore. One by one we will visit Mysore Palace, Vrindavan Garden, Pykara Dam, Zoo, Chamundeshwari Temple, Church, Srirangapatnam Fort etc. Return back to hotel in Mysore. Overnight stay in Mysore.

\|	DAY 5 - MYSORE TO OOTY TRANSFER.
	Today after breakfast check out from the hotel in Mysore and proceed for Ooty. En-route we will visit Madumalai National Park. Reach Ooty and check into the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay in Ooty.

\|	DAY 6 - OOTY & COONOOR SIGHTSEEING.
	After breakfast we will visit the various tourist places of Ooty and Coonoor. We will see one by one View Point, Shooting Spot, Coffee Garden, Ooty Lake, Rose Garden, Botanical Garden, Ooty Tea Estate, Dodabetta Peak View, St. Stephen Church, Coonoor Tea Estate, Sim's Park, Lamb's Rock etc. Return back to hotel. Overnight stay in Ooty.

\|	DAY 7 - OOTY TO KODAIKANAL TRANSFER.
	After breakfast checkout from hotel in Ooty and then proceed for Kodaikanal. Check into the hotel. Today enjoy the day in the local markets for shopping in Kodaikanal. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight saty in Kodaikanal.

\|	DAY 8 - KODAIKANAL LOCAL SIGHTSEEING AND DROP TO STATION.
	After breakfast proceed for the top attractions in Kodaikanal which includes Brayant Park, Coakers Walk, Kodai Lake, Silver Cascade Falls, La Sallet Church, Poombarai Village View, Pine Forest, Guna Caves etc. We will then proceed for Coimbatore/ Madurai station to board the train for our return journey. As you go home let the everlasting memory of these amazing places linger in your mind and inspire you to revisit.

\| Booking Policy Rs. 4000.00 per head to be paid as advance for booking of the tour. Within 48 working hours you will receive your booking receipt. Balance amount to be paid 15 days before the tour begins.	\| Child Policy Age below 5 years is free. No seat will be provided in vehicle. Age above 8 years is considered as adult and full amount is to be paid. Age 5 to 8 years => 70%.

\| Cancellation Policy If the tour is cancelled due to Lockdown, pandemic or train cancellation, your booking amount will be adjusted with other tour. There will be no return of the amount paid. If cancellation is done due to reasons not mentioned above then the amount will be deducted as follows: => 30 days before date of journey 25% will be deducted. => 21 to 30 days before date of journey 50% will be deducted. => 15 to 20 days before date of journey 60% will be deducted. => 08 to 14 days before date of journey 80% will be deducted. => 04 to 07 days before date of journey 90% will be deducted. => Less than 72 hours before date of journey 100% will be deducted.	\| Refund Policy Refund amount (if eligible) will be paid within 7 working days from the date of cancellation. \| Other Terms & Conditions a). Seat/ Berth are allotted by Rail so it is requested to travel in your allotted seats. b). Rooms are given on family basis or double or triple or quad sharing basis. c). Hotel Rooms may be in different floors so it is requested to stay in allotted rooms as given by us. d). For any loss or damage or accident we are not responsible. e). Seating arrangement in Vehicle will be on Rotational basis. f). En-route lunch time and venue will be decided by us. g). Any Additional Transport services beyond the Itinerary will be arranged at additional cost. h). You will have to strictly follow the tour programme and comply with the terms and conditions of the various contractor's / service providers such as hotels, drivers, guides, transporter and rail etc. i). You are required to be punctual and adhere to the time-lines during the tour. If you are not punctual, you could miss your services etc. j). You shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other tour participants or to any other person or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property belonging to us or other tour participants, service providers or any other persons. If you misbehave or disturb the decorum of the tour you may have to terminate the tour. In such an event, no refund or compensation will be paid to the tourist and he / she will have to bear and pay the expenses for his / her return travel. k). You shall not carry any item or object, the possession of which is forbidden by any laws, rules or regulations. Nor shall you violate any other laws, rules or regulations. l). Please note that your health is entirely your risk and responsibility. m). It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund or compensation whatsoever for unutilized services. This general rule applies to all kinds of non-utilization or under- utilization of tour services, whether of the whole or part of the tour and whether as a matter of your choice, or caused by your fault or compelled by circumstances such as ill-health, weather, external factors, political unrest etc. n) you must abide by the covid protocols as per government mandate, use mask and carry either double vaccination certificate or time specific RTPCR Report or RAT Test report.
