| DAY 1 -  HOWRAH/ SHALIMAR STATION STATION.
Meet and greet by our representative at Howrah/ Shalimar Station to board train for Visakhapatnam.
| DAY 2 -  REACH VISAKHAPATNAM & TRANSFER TO HOTEL.
Reach Vizag by afternoon and then transfer to hotel. Check in to the hotel and after lunch we will visit Simachalam Temple, Kailasagiri and Rushikonda Beach. Night stay in Vizag.
| DAY 3 -  VIZAG LOCAL SIGHTSEEING.
After breakfast we will proceed for local sightseeing of Vizag which includes Bhimli Beach, Zoological park, Fishing Aquarium and many more. Night stay in Vizag.
| DAY 4 -  TRANSFER TO ARAKU.
Early morning we will start our journey to Araku Valley. Reach Araku by afternoon. Check in to the hotel and after lunch explore the valley and evening free for leisure. Night stay in Araku Valley.
| DAY 5 -  ARAKU LOCAL SIGHTSEEING.
After breakfast we will proceed for local sightseeing places of Araku Valley which includes Padmavati Botanical Garden, Coffee plantation, Borra Caves and many more. Evening drop to Visakhapatnam station for your return journey to Howrah.

 Within 48 working hours you will receive your booking receipt.
 Balance amount to be paid 15 days before the tour begins.

 Age below 5 years is free. No seat will be provided in vehicle.
  Age above 8 years is considered as adult and full amount is to be paid.
 Age 5 to 8 years => 70%.
| Cancellation Policy

 If the tour is cancelled due to Lockdown, pandemic or train cancellation, your booking amount will be adjusted with other tour. There will be no return of the amount paid.
 If cancellation is done due to reasons not mentioned above then the amount will be deducted as follows:
=> 30 days before date of journey 25% will be deducted.
=> 21 to 30 days before date of journey 50% will be deducted.
=> 15 to 20 days before date of journey 60% will be deducted.
=> 08 to 14 days before date of journey 80% will be deducted.
=> 04 to 07 days before date of journey 90% will be deducted.
=> Less than 72 hours before date of journey 100% will be deducted.
| Refund Policy

 Refund amount (if eligible) will be paid within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.

Seating arrangement in Vehicle will be on Rotational basis. f). En-route lunch time and venue will be decided by us. g). Any Additional Transport services beyond the Itinerary will be arranged at additional cost. h).
